Growing with our users

Every screen in Virtual Bones has a feedback button that goes straight to us and to the hospital's own team. In the first 12 months more than 400 pieces of feedback were acted on, from annotated X-rays to new images and videos.

Patient feedback shaped how leaflets are shared: by text, by email and by QR code, so the right information reaches people when they need it.
